Notice: The Board will address only items that are listed on the Agenda for that meeting. If you want to discuss an issue with the Board, you'll need to get it listed on the Agenda. You may do this by contacting Becky Campbell at bcampbell@houcks.com , no later than the Thursday prior to the meeting. As always, members are welcome to attend Board meetings. Please note that some issues may be premature for Board consideration. If there is someone in charge of the issue you wish to address, you will be advised to discuss it with that person first, prior to bringing it to the Board.
NOTICE: Weekly housekeeping/cleaning of the building is done on Wednesdays between 12-5 pm. Please refrain from using the building between these hours so the cleaning crew can get their job done. 12/04
